Espresso Balsamic Affogato

There were so many easy desserts to consider when featuring our Espresso Balsamic Vinegar -- chocolate mousse, an espresso parfait, espresso roasted pears, an Espresso Martini. I settled on the easy and popular Affogato. You can't go wrong with a coffee and ice cream combination and this vinegar just adds the perfect lightness and sweetness to the dessert. A little biscotti as the bookends and you're done. Delizioso!

3 Ingredients:
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Biscotti
Olive Tree Espresso Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions:
Place serving dishes in the freezer to chill before serving. When ready, scoop ice cream in bowl, place a biscotti on either side and drizzle balsamic on top.
