In-Person  Hands-On Class

Join us as we introduce Chef Francesca Martin, our expert in the art of handmade pasta, at Olive Tree. In this hands-on class, learn about various techniques and create your own pasta dough, shaping it into three different forms. You'll also get to enjoy a delicious dinner including delightful romaine lettuce salad with an Italian vinaigrette, homemade focaccia and two fresh pasta and sauce dishes, and end the evening with a light raspberry limoncello mousse. Don't forget to bring an apron!

Cancellation Policy:  Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy which provides that in order to receive a refund , you must cancel prior to 72 hours before the start time of your class.  While we understand that emergencies happen, our chefs have purchased and prepared food for you. If you cannot make it, please invite someone to take your place.
