Have you ever made a Salad on a Stick? There’s not too many ways to surprise people with a salad but this is one! We’ve drizzled a delicious Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette on top to really STICK the landing!
Salad on a Stick
8 1-inch wedges Romain lettuce
8 1-oz cubes cooked chicken
Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette (click for recipe)
Thread a crouton, romaine lettuce wedge, chicken cube, Parmesan cheese cube and Strawberry onto each toothpick, respectively. Arrange toothpicks on a serving platter and drizzle blackberry vinaigrette over each.
