It's trout season, and we have a deliciously refreshing take on this popular dish for you today!

Ingredients:
- 1 whole filet of fish
- 2 thinly sliced lemons
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
- 1 thinly sliced clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme and oregano
- 2 tbsp Greek Seasoning Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp White Lemon Balsamic
Instructions:
- Cut tomatoes in half
- Mix together garlic clove, Greek Seasoning Olive Oil, White Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, and thyme leaves
- Set aside to marinate
- Season your fish, drizzle with olive oil and rub into fish
- Add lemon slices on top, and then oregano leaves
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees until the fish flakes apart with a fork
- Top with fresh tomato salad and serve!
