Today we're bringing you a salty, spicy take on one of our favorite snacks. Check out this Chili Lime Popcorn recipe from our friend Hillary Jordan!
- 2 tbsp Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lime zest
In a skillet warm your oil, add kernels and cover. Cook covered shaking occasionally until popping slows between 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with spices, salt and more oil.
