Here's another dynamic duo that's absolutely delicious together on your summer salads. We drizzled on top of our Salad on a Stick (click for recipe) and absolutely loved it!
2 tablespoons Olive Tree Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 cup Olive Tree Blood Orange Olive Oil
Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper
Mix all ingredients together and toss with salad or drizzle on top.
