In-Person Hands-On Class

Learn to make light Italian classics - perfect for spring and summer entertaining. We will show you how to make the perfect risotto - ideal for using fresh farmer's market ingredients without having to babysit it the entire time it cooks. Chicken Piccata cooks quickly in one pan and is topped with a light lemon caper sauce. Olive Tree has an exciting twist on a marinated salad and we will talk about ways to incorporate unique oils and balsamics to brighten up any dish.

You have been loving her Soup Tuesdays and now Chef Susie is bringing her favorite recipes to share with you! This is a hands-on class where you will be working with others at your table to prepare the following recipes:

• Pasta House Salad
• Mushroom Risotto
• Chicken Piccata
• Biscotti (premade with recipe)
