A Pomegranate French 75 is the perfect drink to toast with this holiday season and a must for brunch! Bubbly, sweet and floral with a touch of tart flavor from the pomegranate.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce gin
- Splash Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 ounces Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
- ½ ounce grenadine
- Garnish: pomegranate arils
Instructions:
- Shake with ice gin, Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar, and grenadine
- Pour into champagne flute
- Top with champagne, mix
- Drop in pomegranate arils
- Serve!
