Make the most of end of summer produce with a low stress Italian dinner party! Beautiful  heirloom tomatoes, peppery basil, and bright olive oil form a juicy bed for marinated mozzarella  in this classic Caprese Salad. Our pasta course will be a Ricotta Gnocchi with a Sauce of Pancetta, Sweet Corn and Pureed Basil. Our main course will be a quick Shrimp Scampi in a Garlic Sauce, followed by a Ricotta Gelato Spiked with Lemon Zest. A menu made for host and hostess to enjoy the party, not slave in the kitchen!

Cancellation Policy:  Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy which provides that, in order to receive a refund, you must cancel prior to 72 hours before the start time of your class.  While we understand that emergencies happen, our chefs have purchased and prepared food for you. If you cannot make it, please invite someone to take your place.
