Join Chef Paige for a celebration of the height of tomato season. She'll start with a riff on a classic BLT...but in salad form: a Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado & Tomato Salad (a BLAT) with Torn Croutons & Roasted Corn. She will then move on to two preparations from her favorite food region of the world (Provence) where tomatoes take on the starring role in an Eggplant & Tomato Gratin and then in a Fresh Tomato Tart. The class will end with two different styles of sauces: a concentrated and rich French condiment called Tomato Fondue and a fast and easy sauce for pasta..so quick that it can be prepared from start to finish in the time it takes to cook the pasta!
