Imagine, a totally gluten free pizza parlor, with delicious pizzas, garlicky accompaniments, and all the pizza parlor delights! Join us for a delicious, easy and informative evening of “no way is that gluten-free” pizza! Rachel Ciordas has been cooking and baking gluten-free for 7 years. She’s developed stellar simple new techniques to achieve the flavors you crave for her signature “Next Level Gluten-Free” cooking and now she’s taking on pizza.
Start off the full pizza parlor experience with Gluten Free Garlic Focaccia Breadsticks, a great starter and the recipe can double as a deep dish crust for everyone looking for a nice thick pizza pie! A Gluten Free Caesar Salad with Crunchy Homemade Croutons will hit the spot before the main event, a New York Style Gluten Free Pizza Pie. Still have room for dessert? A chocolate sorbetto will hit the spot!
The evening will be full of tips and tricks – What techniques are different for gluten-free? What GF products are amazing? What do you really need to buy? What else do you need to consider when cooking gluten-free? Rachel will break it all down in a simple approachable way – and you’ll leave full of spectacular food, and inspiration.
NOTE: Please be advised all recipes are free of gluten, and cross contamination during preparation is top of mind, however Olive Tree kitchen is a shared space where gluten containing ingredients are utilized.
