Vietnamese food for the modern, busy family… same depth of flavor with less of the work.
From Linda and Victor:
Our goal since our mother passed away has been to make sure that future generations of our family will be able to recreate her dishes for years to come. We set out on a mission to take her recipes that usually require lengthy preparation/cooking time and make them easier for our nieces and nephews to prepare for their families. We want to show that with the help of one modern appliance and some creativity, we can create our family’s favorite Vietnamese dishes in less time without sacrificing authentic flavors.
We want to show you that with these adapted recipes, you can take the components to meal prep dinner for your family and/or design a beautiful spread to entertain guests.
We will be preparing the following recipes:
- Thit Xa Xiu Pulled Pork (Vietnamese BBQ Pulled Pork) in the Instant Pot
- Bun Cha (Vietnamese Turkey Meatballs)
- Canh Chua (Spicy Pineapple Soup)
- Sinh To Bo (Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie)
- Dua Chua (Crunchy Pickled Vegetables)
Then we will show you a few different ideas for serving:
- Banh Mi Sliders
- Banh Hoi Grazing Board
