Hands-On Class

Sarah is a full time product designer in the corporate world but found a love of fresh pasta in recent years. She has been inspired through her design school training to experiment with various shapes, colors and designs to create a fun pasta experience.

In this pasta class we will learn how to make fresh herb laminated egg dough and 2 different filled pasta shapes!  We will use a variety of fresh herbs and a simple ricotta filling for our pasta. A full dinner with focaccia and oil, 2 different pasta dishes and cannolis will be provided while you make your pasta in this hands-on cooking class.

 

Cancellation Policy:  Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy which provides that, in order to receive a refund, you must cancel prior to 72 hours before the start time of your class.  While we understand that emergencies happen, our chefs have purchased and prepared food for you. If you cannot make it, please invite someone to take your place.
