The aroma of freshly baked treats in the morning can really brighten the day...but the scent of freshly baked, ooey-gooey cinnamon rolls can make you positively euphoric. In this hands-on class , you’ll learn how to make these classic rolls and two other variations. We’ll start by whipping up a no-knead cinnamon roll dough and leave the dough to rise. While your dough rises, you'll learn how to make cinnamon and szechuan pepper rolls with fresh ginger glaze and classic ooey-gooey cinnamon rolls. Then it’ll be time for you to roll out your risen dough, fill it, roll it up, and cut the cylinder into rolls to bake in your oven at home. To conclude the class, Chef Judith will demonstrate how to make pumpkin crowns with cinnamon streusel. It’s true—delicious cinnamon rolls are just a class away—reserve a seat today. Bring a large bowl and a Danish dough whisk. You'll go home with a pan of rolls to bake the next day or freeze for up to 3 months before baking.
* Cancellation Policy - We are happy to honor requests for refunds or transfers to another class as long as it is made more than seven (7) calendar days prior to the class date. We encourage you to find a substitute should you discover that you are unable to attend within the seven (7) days prior to class. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions. We have a minimum number of students required in order for a class to occur. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, in which a full refund will be given.
Bad Weather Policy - We will make a determination no later than 2 hours prior to a class and will make every attempt to notify you by phone at the phone number you provide us upon registration and/or email. If we are not able to speak with you in person, we will leave a message. We encourage you to call us if in doubt. Unless you hear from us the class will be held.
