Join Raven in the Olive Tree Kitchen as we learn to make our own fermented foods! You will learn how to make your own; Sauerkraut, Pickled Beets, Carrots, Yogurt, and Sour Cream. I will demonstrate how to make Kombucha and will make SCOBY’s available to any wishing to start kombucha at home. We will dine on traditional Borscht made with Fermented Beets served with Homemade Sour Cream; Sour Dough Bread; and nosh on Fermented Vegetables!
