We are so excited to welcome our friend, Pam Ogle from The Basha restaurant. Pam will be showing us 4 different recipes that are some of her favorites!

• Hummus
• Mujadara Bowl- lentil, rices, Mediterranean herbs and spices, dollop of hummus
• Kefta Kebabs- Ground beef and lamb kabobs served with tahini (delicious complement to the mujadara)
• Kunefa- Egyptian Style- Shaved phyllo pastry, creamy center, rosewater and pistachio garnish

While we understand things come up, our instructors are counting on and have prepared food for you. If you cancel prior to seven days (7) before class, we are happy to offer you a credit for another class. If you cancel less than seven days (7), there will be no credit given.
