You'll create and take home your very own gluten free sourdough starter and all the directions for how to care for it. Then learn how to use your starter to create beautiful gluten free sourdough bread. You'll learn recipes to use the "discard" and all the tips and tricks for gf sourdough success!!
NOTE: Please be advised all recipes are free of gluten, and cross contamination during preparation is top of mind, however Olive Tree kitchen is a shared space where gluten containing ingredients are utilized.
Cancellation Policy: Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy which provides that , in order to receive a refund , you must cancel prior to 72 hours before the start time of your class.
