Join us for an afternoon of demystifying gluten free bread baking! Rachel Ciordas of Next Level Gluten Free will provide you with recipes and tips & tricks you need to bake simple gluten free breads for your whole family. There will be 2 yeasted and 2 non-yeasted breads. You’ll leave with the recipes and skills to bake bread for every occasion. First up will be Rachel’s flaky biscuits, perfect for pairing with gravy, jam, or making biscuit sandwiches. Then you’ll learn her quick and delicious Brazilian Cheese Bread Recipe, super versatile yeast-free and grain-free it's so good! Next, we are on to yeasted breads: her super simple and very rare to find gluten free Ciabatta recipe, the crust and crumb on this one – chef’s kiss! The finale is a garlic and herb focaccia your friends and family will beg you to make again and again! She’ll break all the recipes and techniques down so that you are set up for success! Get ready for a house that smells like fresh baked bread!
NOTE: Please be advised all recipes are free of gluten, and cross contamination during preparation is top of mind, however Olive Tree kitchen is a shared space where gluten containing ingredients are utilized.

If you cancel prior to seven days (7) before class, we are happy to offer you a credit for another class. If you cancel less than seven days (7), there will be no credit given.
