Baking, or even finding delicious gluten-free bread, can be frustrating. Join Rachel in this class for the techniques and tools you need to create delicious artisan, European-style loaves of bread in your own kitchen. Rachel Ciordas has been cooking and baking gluten-free for 7 years. She has developed stellar simple new techniques to achieve the flavors you crave for her signature “Next Level Gluten-Free” cooking and baking, especially for gluten-free bread!
You’ll learn which ingredients work well and in what combination so when you get to that aisle of gluten-free flours you’ll make great choices. Ingredient substitutions will also be discussed. You’ll leave with an understanding of the crucial techniques to create successful gluten-free crusty artisanal breads again and again. Recipes include Gluten-Free Rustic Boule, Crusty Olive & Herb Bread, Soft Sandwich Bread and Pillowy Dinner Rolls perfect for any meal.
NOTE: Please be advised all recipes are free of gluten, and cross contamination during preparation is top of mind, however Olive Tree kitchen is a shared space where gluten containing ingredients are utilized.
