A Spring Peek Into the French Kitchen with Kathy and Roxanne -- The Electrified Cooks

The French are known for incredible gardens with lots of herbs, fresh markets and wonderful food, year round. We will guide your meal—even without a passport—as we take a peek into the food inspired by the French kitchen and gardens. Rest assured, the dishes will be so easy that dinner won’t be fussy or time consuming!  This springtime menu, which will be ideal for entertaining, will begin with Gougères and Fresh Green Salad with French Vinaigrette. The main dish will be a super-easy version of Poulet Roti à l’Estragon (Roast Chicken with Tarragon); who knew you could work such magic with a store bought rotisserie chicken! Hericots Verts Breton, where fresh herbs season the green beans, round out the meal. For dessert, a lemon rosemary Bundt cake will be the perfect ending.
Please note - This class will be held in our new, bigger space at 7044 W. 105th Street (105th and Metcalf). 
Cancellation Policy - We are happy to honor requests for refunds or transfers to another class as long as it is made more than seven 
(7) calendar days prior to the class date. We encourage you to find a substitute should you discover that you are unable to attend within the seven (7) days prior to class. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions. We have a minimum number of students required in order for a class to occur. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, in which a full refund will be given. 

Bad Weather Policy - We will make a determination no later than 2 hours prior to a class and will make every attempt to notify you by phone at the phone number you provide us upon registration and/or email. If we are not able to speak with you in person, we will leave a message. We encourage you to call us if in doubt. Unless you hear from us the class will be held.
