Our September pairing of the month features one of our most popular olive oils in the store: Tuscan Blend Olive Oil. We have paired it with a beautifully rich Espresso Balsamic Vinegar this month. It's the perfect marriage of sweet, earthy and herbaceous flavors in a delightful bouquet.

Welcome to August and our newest featured pairing: Jalapeno Olive Oil and Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar! The tartness of the blackberry highlights the jalapeño’s spice perfectly.

Introducing our July Featured Pairing of the month: Rosemary Olive Oil and White Peach Balsamic Vinegar

Our April featured pairing is Olive Tree Basil Olive Oil and Bordeaux Cherry Balsamic Vinegar. We already know there is SO much you can do with Basil Olive Oil. It's fun to find new ways to experience it and this duo is at the top of our list. 

MARCH
For March, we will be featuring the beautiful pairing of our Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar and Meyer Lemon Olive Oil. Blueberries and lemon are such a wonderful springtime union of sweet, tangy and tart flavors.
