Join Paige for a Spring trip to France via your taste buds. For this "Spring in a French Bistro" class Paige will teach you how to cook a menu filled with the kinds of foods you might find in a French Bistro during the Spring months. The menu begins with Tarte Flambée (Alsatian Bacon & Onion Tart). For the salad course...a celebration of Asparagus, the queen of spring: Asparagus Salad with Toasted Walnuts and Goat Cheese. For the entree, the classic: Coq au Riesling (Sautéed Chicken in Riesling Sauce). And for dessert, Profiteroles with Strawberry Ice Cream & Chocolate Sauce. Oui Oui!
