Hone your home cooking skills with Raven in the Olive Tree kitchen as we explore Thai cuisine with some signature Thai dishes. For starters we will make a traditional fresh Spring Roll with a tangy dipping sauce. We will move on to our soup course with Tom Kha Gai, the creamy coconut chicken soup. Dust off your wok for our next two dishes the spicy, basil-rich Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) and the rich curry scented sitr-fry classic, Singapore noodles, studded with shrimp and pork. We will talk about wok cooking basics, as well as how to make it work in an American kitchen. Let's get cooking!
