Starting a new diet can be daunting, so let Raven lead the way with some delicious keto friendly meals starting with breakfast and finishing with dessert! She will discuss her own keto journey with the class touching on counting net carbs, achieving ketosis and staying there, and those invariable cheat days. We will start our recipes with Bulletproof Coffee, the best start to the day, even if you aren’t on keto! She will share with you her eggnog shake recipe that started her keto journey with fat laced satisfaction. For our breakfast we will have BELT’s served on romaine hearts. She will teach you to make satisfyingly crisp Almond Flour Cracker to eat with your favorite spreads. For Dinner Cheesy Taco Shells to wrap around your favorite taco filling that will accompany the easiest Cheese Peppers you’ve ever had, and for dessert Chocolate Truffles made with Monk Sugar.
(7) calendar days prior to the class date. We encourage you to find a substitute should you discover that you are unable to attend within the seven (7) days prior to class. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions. We have a minimum number of students required in order for a class to occur. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, in which a full refund will be given.
Bad Weather Policy - We will make a determination no later than 2 hours prior to a class and will make every attempt to notify you by phone at the phone number you provide us upon registration and/or email. If we are not able to speak with you in person, we will leave a message. We encourage you to call us if in doubt. Unless you hear from us the class will be held.
