It's National Ice Cream Day! So, naturally, we had to find the perfect way to honor such an occasion. ENTER: Grilled Peaches. We've marinated the peaches in Rosemary Olive Oil and White Peach Balsamic Vinegar with a little brown sugar before grilling. Then, of course, we had to sprinkle more brown sugar and drizzle more White Peach Balsamic Vinegar on the finished product once we had it all in a big bowl with ice cream!
