There were so many easy desserts to consider when featuring our Espresso Balsamic Vinegar -- chocolate mousse, an espresso parfait, espresso roasted pears, an Espresso Martini. I settled on the easy and popular Affogato. You can't go wrong with a coffee and ice cream combination and this vinegar just adds the perfect lightness and sweetness to the dessert. A little biscotti as the bookends and you're done. Delizioso!
It's National Ice Cream Day! So, naturally, we had to find the perfect way to honor such an occasion. ENTER: Grilled Peaches. We've marinated the peaches in Rosemary Olive Oil and White Peach Balsamic Vinegar with a little brown sugar before grilling. Then, of course, we had to sprinkle more brown sugar and drizzle more White Peach Balsamic Vinegar on the finished product once we had it all in a big bowl with ice cream!
